“Power Appeal” is a modern abstract painting that explores one of the deepest struggles within human nature: the temptation of power, wealth, status, and the false happiness that can accompany them. The work reflects on how power can become both a profound responsibility and a dangerous temptation. The higher a person rises within the hierarchy of influence, the greater the moral responsibility they carry. Yet the work is not ultimately a pessimistic statement. The presence of white and lighter passages may be interpreted as symbols of truth, conscience, purity, awareness, and moral guidance. Power itself is not inherently corrupt; rather, it reveals and magnifies the character of the person who possesses it. In the hands of someone driven by greed, power can become an instrument of exploitation. In the hands of someone guided by integrity, it can become a means of creating justice, compassion, and meaningful social change.
